Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Diners Club and Discover. All orders are processed in British Pounds (GBP).

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at support@musenora.com as soon as possible. Orders placed before 7:00 PM GMT, Monday to Saturday, begin processing the same day, so we can only make changes before your order enters processing.

Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but it's on our list! Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when we launch them.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom, with no hidden delivery fees.

How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1-2 business days, followed by 3-7 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 4-9 business days of being placed. Estimates may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Is there an order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 7:00 PM GMT, Monday to Saturday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next business day.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. We never charge restocking fees.

How do I start a return?
Email support@musenora.com with your order number and our team will send you return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can monitor your return until it arrives.

Can I exchange for a different size or style?
Yes, just let us know your preference when you contact our support team and we'll arrange an exchange where available.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we process refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method. It may take a few additional days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us with your measurements and we're happy to help you choose.

Do your dresses run true to size?
Most of our styles fit true to size, though fabrics like satin and bias-cut pieces can have a more fitted feel. Check the individual product description for fit notes.
