You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. This gives you plenty of time to try your purchase and decide if it's the right choice for you.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unworn
In its original condition
Returned with all original packaging and included accessories

No Restocking Fees

We never charge restocking fees. If your return meets our policy requirements, you'll receive your refund without any hidden deductions.

Starting a Return

To request a return, simply email support@musenora.com and include your order number. Our customer support team will provide you with the return instructions and guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can monitor your return until it arrives.

Exchanges

Need a different size or would prefer another style? We're happy to arrange an exchange where available. Just let us know your preference when you contact our support team.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
